Block of the Month
At our guild meeting each month, participants have a chance to go home with a stack of quilt blocks made in the pattern announced by our Block of the Month chairperson, Desiree Evans.
The rules of the game are as follows:
Make a block (or blocks) according to the given pattern and in the chosen fabric colors/types. For each block that you bring to the meeting, you are given one chance to win all the blocks (the chairpersons have the discretion to divide the blocks into two prizes of there are enough blocks turned in).

October Block of the Month (carry-over from September due to Hurricane Ike cancellation): Bring one or more blocks made in fall colors. They should finish to either 9 inches or 12 inches.
